• Can I try ProtoPie Connect with the Free plan?

  Yes, as a Free plan user, you can try ProtoPie Connect at no cost. Simply download ProtoPie Connect and log in using your free plan email address.

  Note that the free version has certain limitations. To access additional features, consider upgrading to Connect Core or Enterprise.

• How many prototypes can I create and upload with the Free plan?

  With the Free plan, you can create an unlimited amount of prototypes, but you can only store up to two prototypes on the cloud.

  If you want to store more prototypes, please upgrade to the Basic plan.
  
  

• Can I save prototypes locally using the Free plan?

  The Free plan does not support local prototype storage. Users on the Free plan can save up to two prototypes on ProtoPie Cloud.

  If you want to save prototypes locally, consider upgrading to the Pro plan.

• What features are limited on the Free plan?

  ProtoPie's Free plan provides complete access to all the features available in ProtoPie Studio, which is our desktop prototyping application, except for Team Libraries and local file saving. Users have a maximum of two cloud uploads and can only create a single Handoff recording.

• Can I create Handoff recordings with the Free plan?

  Yes, with the Free plan, you can create one handoff recording (interaction recording) per prototype on ProtoPie Cloud.

• Can I share my prototypes with people who don’t have a ProtoPie account?

  Absolutely! With the Free plan, you can share your prototypes with individuals who don't have a ProtoPie account by generating a link on ProtoPie Cloud. However, it's important to note that the Free plan does not offer the ability to customize Access Settings to password protect your prototypes or allow others to download them.

• What happens if I exceed the storage limit for the Free plan?

  • Exceeded limit: You won’t be able to save new Pies until you upgrade.
