Click "Forgot password" on the login page to reset your password.
What's the email address I used for my ProtoPie account?
If you cannot remember the email address associated with your ProtoPie account, please contact us with your first and last name, and we'll be happy to assist you.
How do I update my ProtoPie account email?
You can change your email address in your Account Settings under Profile.
You will be asked to verify your new email address.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account in your account settings, under profile.
Please note that if you have a license assigned to this account and/or are subscribed to a plan, you will lose the license and/or your plan after deleting your account. Furthermore, all prototypes in the cloud and your personal information will be permanently deleted.
