  • Can I receive a refund if I cancel my plan?

    Below is our refund policy for the Basic and Pro plans, which also applies to the Connect add-on:

    1. Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you want to cancel your monthly plan, you can do so on the billing page.
    2. Yearly subscriptions: Users with yearly plans may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of their last payment date. Users must contact us within this window; refund requests submitted thereafter will not be processed, except where required by applicable law. Please note that a refund processing fee of 5% + $0.50 will be deducted from refund amount to cover third-party payment gateway costs.
  • If I upgrade from Basic to Pro, will I get a refund for my Basic plan?


    After upgrading from Basic to Pro, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your existing Basic plan. For instance, if you have a yearly Basic plan and have used it for one month, you will be refunded for the remaining 11 months.
